Here are the instructions for cooking your prime rib similar to Texas Roadhouse meat:

  1. Use your favorite seasonings and soy sauce to create a prime rub.
  2. Cover the large piece of meat entirely with the seasoning.
  3. Let the meat refrigerate overnight.
  4. On a cooking day, preheat your oven to 300 degrees.
  5. Place a pan of water on the bottom of the oven and the prime rib at the top uncovered.
  6. Use a thermometer if you want to enjoy your steak rare.
  7. When the internal temperature of the meat reaches above 150, take it out and let it rest for five minutes.
